ARK properties are available to any person over the age of 16 regardless of their geographical location or degree of housing need.
We have properties ranging from 1 apartment to 5 apartments. We also provide some specially adapted properties in order to meet the needs of our tenants who may experience difficulties due to physical or medical requirements.
ARK Housing Association provides Supported Accommodation, which is tailored to the needs of the Tenant.
All applications are assessed in accordance with our Allocations Policy and will be assessed on a Priority Needs Basis, which covers present housing circumstances, personal social factors and medical factors.
Applicants will be assessed without prejudice to ethnic, race, gender, sexual, political orientation, marital status, ex-offences or religious beliefs.

All empty properties within our Edinburgh stock will be advertised through “Key to Choice” If you wish to be housed within Edinburgh you will need to complete an EdIndex application form. EdIndex application forms are available by contacting a member of our housing services team.
