The March issue of our easy read newsletter is on its way to our service users and tenants.
On the cover of this issue you will find an article about the ARK Conference held on the 20th February in Edinburgh. On page 3 and 4 you will find an article from Head of Care and Support – Bobby Duffy, praising the huge efforts and the amazing work done by ARK staff during the heavy snow days.
As usual, there are updates about the latest meetings of our service users groups: the Voices Group, the Working Group, the Hub Group and the local Speak Out Groups have been doing a lot in the past 3 months!
ARK also supports people in getting active in the community – find out what campaigns and other groups are out there on the Active Citizenship article on page 8 and 9.
In this issue ARK Health and Safety Advisor Brian Gunn is focusing on safety on electrical safety at home – have a read to find out how you can prevent incidents.
Interested in complaints? We like to be transparent and on page 11 our Quality and Compliance Manager John Rankin gives us an update about how ARK has been doing between October and December 2017.
Finally from page 18 there are our News for Tenants with lots of useful information about energy suppliers, maintenance checks and repairs and feedbacks from the Tenants Satisfaction Survey.
