Adam brings more than 15 years’ experience in transformation, programme delivery and strategic change within complex and highly regulated organisations. He has held senior roles leading large-scale transformation across financial services, with extensive experience spanning technology, data, finance, risk, artificial intelligence and organisational change.

His career has involved working closely with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to develop strategy, manage significant change and deliver complex programmes. He has particular expertise in digital transformation, data and AI, governance, risk and the adoption of emerging technologies to improve organisational effectiveness and decision-making.

Adam brings a strategic and commercially minded perspective to the Board, alongside significant experience of operating within complex organisations and providing constructive challenge at senior level. He is particularly interested in how innovation, AI, data and digital transformation can support sustainable organisations, improve services and deliver better outcomes for the people and communities they serve.
