Caryn has over 28 years’ experience working in the housing and property sector working in public, third and private sectors with specialist knowledge in residential development, strategic asset management and business development. Prior to coming to Ark Caryn held a number of senior manager roles across Scotland and the North East of England. Through collaborative working and strategic partnerships Caryn’s key strategic objective is to design and deliver an Asset Management Strategy that supports and empowers Ark to have a reputation for excellence and be recognised as a high quality provider of affordable and flexible lifetime homes with integrated community living options incorporating digital services to promote and enable independent living.
