Mary joined Ark, initially in an interim capacity in August 2025, and is now Assistant Director of Finance and Digital Improvement in Ark’s Leadership Team.

With considerable experience in senior financial and operational roles across the Marketing, Media and Not-for-Profit sectors, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Ark. Known for her positive attitude and dedication, she is passionate about delivering positive outcomes and supporting colleagues to succeed.

Mary combines strategic insight with a practical, hands-on approach, supporting continuous improvement and driving positive change across the organisation.
