Neil recently retired as a senior leader in banking focused on improving customer outcomes, identifying & supporting customer vulnerability, risk & control management, programme leadership and good governance.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Banker Institute and an MBA graduate from Edinburgh Business School.

Currently a board trustee of Argyll Countryside Trust and works with the RNLI. Previously held non-executive roles in the Arts sector and has led activity focused on making positive social & economic impact.
