Victoria joined Ark in 2022 and is Senior Investment and Sustainability Manager and a member of Ark’s Leadership Team. She leads on strategic and operational capital investment, including the delivery of new homes, improvements to the quality of Ark’s existing stock, energy efficiency programmes, and tenant and resident safety. A Chartered Architect and Domestic Energy Assessor, she has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, spanning housing, architecture, planning, and building conservation.
