Ark Services Limited

Ark Services Limited (ASL), is a wholly owned charitable subsidiary company of Ark Housing Association Ltd and was established in 2000; the company has registered status as a Landlord, Letting Agent and Scottish Charity.

The company and associated services was originally set up as part of a strategic partnership between Ark Housing Association, Aberdeen City Council Housing and Social Work, Communities Scotland and Grampian Health board as part of Grampian NHS Trust Hospital Closure Programme.

The primary purpose of the subsidiary is to provide homes and landlord services to people with complex needs within the local authority area of Aberdeen City. The provision of specialist Care and Support Services are delivered by local care operators who have been procured by Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership.

Ark Services Limited currently owns and manages 4 specialist supported housing developments across Aberdeen City which provide 55 homes for people with complex needs. The properties are allocated to individuals referred to us by Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership team. All prospective new tenants will be required to complete a housing application to provide us with information about their current housing need.
