We've Listened, We've Launched!

Hello and welcome to Ark’s new and improved website. We are delighted to go live following months of design, writing new content, stakeholder engagement and testing. The new site has a familiar feel as we wanted to ensure that Ark’s core principles, purpose and values are clear and shine through in all of our communications.

 

Our aim was to make the user journey more effective and efficient and streamline the content so you can find exactly what you need, as quickly as possible. We wanted your experience to be much more interactive, so we have added maps and taken a much more visual approach to our content. We also wanted to fully display our new brand which represents who Ark are and what we are all about.

 

From a functionality point of view we have simplified our menus and are now fully mobile enabled. This means that your experience is the same no matter what device or browser you are using, right down to our application forms for a home or a job with Ark.

 

As part of the aims within our business plan we want to improve engagement with our community – our customers, employees and stakeholders – and we hope that more effective navigation, simpler content and fewer clicks will help you get to the information you need and quickly make contact with us.

 

We are really proud of what we have achieved over the last 9 months and this would not have been possible without all the contributions led by the internal Project Team:

Also, a special mention to our design and development partner Zen, and Gillian Hamnett who ensured our content was proofread and consistent. Thank you to you all, the success of the project was down to the collaborative work and commitment from you.
